• Payment is made via bank transfer on the day of collection
• Payment is subject to verification of vehicle condition
• Outstanding finance will be settled directly with the lender
• You will receive the net amount after any finance settlement

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your valuation request or decline our offer at any time without obligation. We may cancel a transaction if we believe fraudulent information has been provided or if we are unable to verify vehicle ownership.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheMotorhomeBuyer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
